Mumbai: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) (BSE & NSE listed), a global leader in digital customer experience (CX) and business process management, today announced its unaudited financial results for Q1 (Hinduja Global Solutions Q1 FY26), marking a strong start to the fiscal year.

The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,056.2 crore and total income of ₹1,187.3 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹159.7 crore, reflecting healthy 13.5% EBITDA margins, while Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter reached ₹11.2 crore.

Hinduja Global Solutions Q1 FY26 performance came amidst a complex macroeconomic environment, including regulatory changes and seasonal slowdowns. However, HGS’ strategic pivot to digital and offshore-led transformation continues to gain traction. Offshore business growth and digital wins significantly contributed to margin expansion of 169 bps year-on-year.

  • New Client Wins: HGS onboarded 18 new clients for its digital CX solutions and 14 for HRO/payroll services.
  • Client Base: As of June 30, 2025, HGS served 393 active CX/BPM clients and 847 payroll/HRO clients.
  • Geographic Presence: Operates in 9 countries with 33 global delivery centers.
  • Strategic Expansion: Launched a cutting-edge AI-Powered Digital CX and Data Innovation Hub in Waterloo, Canada.
  • Recognition: Won ‘Behavioral AI Solution of the Year’ at the AI Breakthrough Awards 2025 and was positioned as a ‘Leader’ by Nelson Hall in Conversational Commerce NEAT 2025.

  • NXTDIGITAL, HGS’s digital media division, continued its robust footprint across India with over 6 million customers.
  • Broadband ARPU: Stable at ₹177/month, driven by Tier II and III market growth.
  • DTV ARPU: ₹123/month, supported by targeted content strategies.
  • Enterprise Division (CelerityX): Delivered over 1,000 broadband links in Q1, including remote regions like Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Sikkim.
  • Product Innovation: Rolled out ONEiPTV service offering 25+ OTT platforms and 600+ TV channels.
